The first rain of her thirteenth year is a very special day for a young witch ; it is the day she receives her Skeleton Key. 🗝️💀
There are hundreds of Skeleton Keys, passed between hundreds of witches, unlocking hundreds of doors, that all lead to the same sacred place:
The Well of the Willows, by the base of Mount Moona; the place where all witches learn to fly ✨🍃
And today, when Lucy awakened in her sister's travelling cottage on the very first day of her thirteenth year, she found that a river had formed overnight...
Lucy ran outside with her Key, dancing into the swaths of rain, her black cat Sampson in tow. 🐈⬛
Today was special for him too.
Today meant the beginning of a new adventure with his very best friend.
